Hidden Image

You might have already heard about this, but there’s a splash screen up over at Blizzard.  It’s appears to be a hole in ice, or ice shattering with what appears to be eyes looking out.   If you look at the source, you can get the css file which has other images listed in it.

One thing to note is the numbers are the same numbers in the lost sequence.   The other thing is if you take all the images and put them together, they form this picture:

Second Season to start soon!

After an incredible first season with 29 episodes, a trip to BlizzCon, awards from a machinima contest, and tons of other goodies, we decided to take a break while we worked on another podcast, Control Point.

Many new exciting things have come from that podcast which has grown incredibly fast and has an incredible community base.  We learned quite a few things that we want to help refocus the World of WoW podcast with.

First thing, Community.  There’s no reason to do a podcast without it, so we are refocusing to try and reach the community and let them reach us.  To that end, we have opened our forums to all for communication.  You can ask us questions there, or just chat with each other.

Secondly, Consistency.  We were horrible at getting the podcast out on a regular basis, unless you consider, when we’re ready.  We learned that people want content weekly and we are going to strive to do that.  We have not picked a day for the podcast to come out on, but when we do, we will have a schedule so you know when you can expect it.  We have also learned tricks on cutting down on the edit time which was around 20 hours of work, which we can now do in about 2.
Third, Content.  We focused quite a bit on Machinima, and we still plan on doing the same, but we want to broaden the value of the podcast, and we plan on adding a few more segments which should make the podcast more useful to everyone!

We can’t wait to start back, and we might have another surprise.  At the moment we have 3 hosts, but we may add a forth to the roster.  So, let all your friends know the show is coming back, and we have many surprises in store for you!  Be sure to turn in to the 2nd season of The World of WoW!

In this episode you’ll hear an incredible talk with famed Machinimist, Jun from Stone Falcon Productions - creator of Snacky and winner of the BlizzCon machinima contest, and Rob of Jimmy: The World of Warcraft Story which has become a Machinima Phenomena for some time.

This episode has explicit language, though not as explicit as episode 10, there are still some naughty language, and isn’t a work safe episode (of course depending on where you work).
